General Terms & Conditions
- Only transactions fulfilled within 4 October to 31 October 2022 are eligible for this campaign.
- All transactions have to be made when signed in on the Chope app or website to be eligible for this campaign.
- Limited to one account per user only.
- Users may only unlock each hut once.
- Chope-Dollars will be credited immediately after each milestone has been completed.
- Each reward redemption is final and there will be no refund of Chope-Dollars once redeemed.
- Chope reserves the right to disqualify any individuals and accounts that do not abide by the Terms & Conditions of the campaign or who have, in the opinion of Chope, engaged in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the campaign and/or Chope. This includes, but is not limited, to individuals using multiple email addresses. Disqualified individuals will not be eligible to claim prizes won through this campaign.
- Chope reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- 10 winners will receive a 500 RMB SoloX Restaurant&Bar dining voucher. No request for a different voucher denomination will be entertained.
- There will be 10 winners, and the winner will be selected at random.
- The winner be notified via the email registered to the Chope account within 2 weeks from 31 October 2022, the end of the campaign.
- The winner must acknowledge the receipt of the email by Chope to redeem the prize.
- If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the email from Chope by then, the prize will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Chope.
- Restaurant pages and/or guides refer to restaurant detail pages and restaurant guides within the Chope app and web.
- This challenge is only redeemable once across all of Chope's markets. For example, if you have finished the Discovery Challenge in Singapore, you will not be eligible for Chope-Dollars if you finish the Discovery Challenge in Jakarta.
- Only fulfiled reservations are eligible for this campaign. A fulfiled reservation is when user has dined out according to the date and time slot of the reservation made when signed into Chope.
- User needs to fulfil the reservation during the campaign period from 4 October to 31 October 2022.
- Chope-Dollars will only be awarded after the fulfilment.
- Reservation cancellations and no-shows will not be rewarded with Chope-Dollars.
- Individual prizes' terms & conditions apply.
- Prizes are not exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.
- Chope reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Chope reserves the right to vary, add to or delete the prizes at any time, without prior notice.
